St Vincent’s Private Hospital’s current wage offer to support services employees is 3.25%. However, recently some of your nursing colleagues have taken action, which has led to a higher wage increase.

Clearly, SVPH can find more money when workers unite. And clearly SVPH should value its entire workforce. Management need to respect their support service workforce.
