Your HSU Bargaining Team met with Healthscope for the sixth time earlier this week to progress negotiations for a new Enterprise Agreement. This meeting was productive, with some movement on our log of claims. However, Healthscope is still refusing to discuss a wage offer as well as back pay. Management is still demanding that all other matters are resolved before we talk about the money! This is ridiculous. 

Your HSU Bargaining Team have been meeting with Healthscope since November 2022 and are growing frustrated. Healthscope’s continued refusal to provide a wages offer calls for members to come together and show Healthscope how serious they are.

What next?

Three meetings have been scheduled with Healthscope (15 and 22 February, and 1 March) when we hope that management will finally respect workers and put a wage offer and backpay on the table.
