Over the last few weeks, Sunnyfield has been undergoing a significant restructure of their leadership model in Shared Living, affecting Service Coordinators & Regional Managers.

Your HSU representatives have met with the Sunnyfield executive team to express members’ displeasure over how this process has been handled, and to convey our concerns about the negative impact this change could have on both staff and clients.

During this process, HSU members have rights. Any worker who is made redundant is entitled to appropriate compensation and must be allowed time off without loss of pay of up to one day each week for their notice period until termination.
