 SummitCare has put forward a draft of its new Return to Work Program to workers for consultation.

The Return to Work Program sets out the processes and procedures for managing workers’ injuries, and assisting people back into the workforce after an absence from work. This is an important policy that will determine the rights of workers to be assisted back to work, including light duties, reasonable adjustments, and support programs to ensure all injured workers are treated fairly.

It's vital HSU members have their say on their own health and safety!
