Your HSU bargaining representatives met with Calvary John James this week as part of negotiations for your new enterprise agreement.

Calvary have provided an initial response to your log of claims which you can review HERE.

One of the positives to come out of the meeting was management’s recognition of the discrepancies between Calvary John James and Calvary Bruce, raised by HSU members. They have indicated they are willing to look at ways to align the two worksites over the course of the agreement.

Disappointingly, Calvary did not provide a wage offer in the meeting as the length of the agreement has not yet been determined. However, it has in principle agreed any wage increase would be backdated from 1 July 2023.

Members will have an opportunity to ask questions or raise concerns with organiser Brendan Roberts who will be visiting on Thursday, 27 June from 11am.
