Stockton Residential Home have given notice that all staff will soon transfer to Moran Aged Care. Following this transfer of business, the Presbyterian Aged Care Enterprise Agreement will continue to apply to your employment.

Moran has advised that it intends to apply to the Fair Work Commission to have your employment transferred to the Moran Aged Care Enterprise Agreement in the near future. 

Members have raised major concerns around a lack of consultation and potential issues in the letters of offer being issued.
