St Vincent's Private Hospitals: Enterprise Bargaining Update

Your HSU Bargaining Committee met with St Vincent’s representatives last week to continue enterprise bargaining. Here’s a summary of their current offer to us:
- 2.25% wage increase from January 2022 (already administered
- 3.00% wage increase from January 2023.
- Positive responses to casual conversion process, and union education for new employees.
- Negative responses to paid pandemic leave, improved tea breaks, and increased FACS leave.
We need to continue pushing for a better wage increase and more positive responses before the agreement goes to vote! We ask that all members stay informed and, when the time comes, make an educated vote either for or against the agreement. So:
- Talk to your colleagues about these updates and help them stay informed!
