Your employer, St Vincent’s Private Hospital (Lismore), has proposed a 3.417% increase to your wages this year. This administrative increase, which is applicable to all staff in your workplace covered by the HSU Enterprise Agreement (EA), would be in lieu of renegotiating your EA.

In short, St Vincent’s has said they are still not ready to negotiate this year – so they are proposing this increase in order to tide over until 2023.
