As reported previously, your HSU Organiser Mark Jay and Health and Safety Representative (HSR) Michael Goodhew conducted a WHS inspection at South East Regional Hospital earlier this year.

During the inspection, multiple WHS risks and concerns were identified. These were presented to management for action.

Management has now provided a summary of action taken following the HSU report, which you can view at this link.

Safety is union business. These risks were only addressed because union members spoke out together.
