-
Published April 16, 2024
Dear Member,
Southern NSW Local Health District (SNSWLHD) have advised the HSU about proposed organisational changes to the Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs – Disaster Response and Recovery Team.
The proposal put forward by SNSWLHD would bring the various reporting lines, location, and position gradings within the DRRT.
The intention, SNSWLHD claims is to “strengthen and enhance the clinical governance” and ensure “equitable resources and support within the Health Professional Awards”.
The proposed change will be result in position regrades of the team manager and clinician roles among other changes.
