SLHD: Canterbury Hospital Ward Clerk Roster Review
-
Published September 20, 2024
Sydney Local Health District has advised the HSU of their intention to undertake a roster review of Ward Clerks at The Canterbury Hospital (TCH).
The District claims that they want to undertake this roster review because Ward Clerks are ‘currently working a variety of shift times which are largely based around personal preferences which is not conducive to optimal service requirements’.
Management says that earlier commencement and finish times are leaving the wards without a Ward Clerk during a busy period of the day.
