Northern Sydney Local Health District is proposing a restructure to the Security Services Leadership at Royal North Shore Hospital.

It is proposed the Security Operations Manager HM 1 position be deleted from the services’ structure and the introduction of a newly created Security Manager HM 3 and an Administrative Officer level 3 position.
