Unfortunately, negotiations with Ramsay for a new enterprise agreement have ground to a halt. Despite this, your HSU member-led Bargaining Committee has managed to secure a slightly improved wages offer from Ramsay:

• 2.5% from 1 December 2022
• 3.25% from 1 December 2023
• 3% from 1 December 2024

While this is an improvement on the previous offer, these figures still barely make a dent in the increased cost of living.
