After four bargaining meetings, Ramsay Health Care still refuses to provide a wages offer, despite knowing we last received a wage increase in December 2021.

We know that Ramsay has the money. Their FY2022 annual report (page 18) mentions a $379 million net profit globally. Click here to read the report.

It’s now time we sent a loud and clear message: stop putting profits before people. We deserve to be valued and respected.

Ramsay must come to the next Bargaining meeting on Wednesday 7 June with a real wages offer. Members are asked to print, distribute, and collect the petition calling for a wages offer. You can download a copy here
