Catholic Healthcare is proposing changes to the roster at Holy Spirit Casula. This includes changes to shift start and end times, roles responsibilities and titles, and a roster review to fill vacant shifts. Consultation commenced on 24 August 2023.
By now, management should have met with you and given you a copy of the current and proposed roster.
As with any change, it is important that you know your rights during this consultation period:
- Catholic Health Care must consult with all affected staff members. That means:
- Catholic Health Care must provide in writing all relevant information about the change.
- Catholic Health Care must invite you to give your views about the proposed change.
- Catholic Health Care must consider any views about the impact of the change.
- HSU members have the right to representation. If you are impacted by the change and are meeting with management to discuss, you have the right to be represented by your union.
Do not sign anything you are not happy with. All HSU members are encouraged to seek advice before signing or agreeing to any changes.
