Over the past 12 months you have shared your challenges and concerns about the private pathology sector. It’s become overwhelmingly clear - the industry needs to change and workers need to be put first!

More than 89 per cent of workers say they don’t feel valued and respected by their employers, while 75 per cent say they have considered leaving the industry in the past 12 months.

That must change. It’s time to bring back respect for workers in the industry.
