The NSW Government committed to Award Reform for Allied Health. It’s time to hit go!

In the last 3 weeks, thousands of HSU members have come together to review the final Award claims. Your HSU delegates developed these claims, focusing on attraction and retention, valuing the complexity of your work, career progression, and safety.

HSU Delegates have spent two years developing the draft Award and have sought extensive feedback from members.  

Now it’s time for you to vote on whether to endorse these claims for negotiations.
