NSW Health Pathology (NSWHP) has advised the HSU of a review which has been conducted of Microbiology Westmead Laboratory services.

NSWHP states that the review was undertaken to identify ‘efficiencies’ and these were identified in Serology, Virology, Molecular Microbiology and Core Microbiology. No further information has been provided to the HSU at this time.
