Northern Sydney Local Health District has advised the HSU of a proposed realignment of Security Services at Macquarie Hospital.

The District states that following a realignment of the Macquarie Hospital Executive Team earlier during 2024, they believe the role of Operations Manager now has capacity to focus more wholly on ‘site-wide corporate services functions’ of the Hospital.

The District also claims the proposed changes will ‘align with the District model of Security Services reporting through the corporate services structure’.
