Northern NSW Local Health District has informed the HSU of a proposed change to the reporting lines of Practice Managers from Business Management to Clinical Operations.

The District states that at Tweed Valley Hospital the Practice Manager Cancer Services (HM1) and the Practice Manager Outpatients (HM1) report to a Business Manager.

The proposed changes are for these Practice Manager positions and any direct reports to report directly to the Nursing Unit Managers in Cancer Services and Outpatients respectively.
