All HSU members are invited to a special members meeting next Tuesday 21 September at 6:30pm to discuss your enterprise agreement.

NextSense has recently published a new offer which addresses some of the key concerns raised by union members in the negotiation. We have gained some important improvements and the process of the negotiation has been more positive, however there are still questions about how some of the proposed terms will operate. This meeting is an opportunity for members to raise any outstanding matters or concerns.

Your bargaining team will then meet again with NextSense to try and resolve any outstanding issues as satisfactorily as possible.

We are providing this so that members can review the proposal so far and identify any questions or concerns that need follow up. We will share more information from our most recent negotiation with management, prior to the meeting on Tuesday.
