NextSense has informed the Health Services Union that it has initiated consultation with staff around a new COVID-19 policy.

Management has advised they are embarking on consultation processes including an all-staff survey, a focus group, and team discussions regarding the COVID-19 risk mitigation strategies implemented by NextSense.  

This is an opportunity for staff to have meaningful input to inform this policy and how it operates in your workplace. The HSU is here to support members throughout the process, so if you have any questions or need any advice, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
