HSU continue to fight the outrageous issuing of fines to night shift workers. HSU held discussions with management on 6th September and received the following important commitments from management:

·         Undertake to review individual parking fines issued

·         Streamline staff parking access for nightshift staff

·         Extending the hours of the staff shuttle service to capture later shifts

If you have already sent through your parking fine to your organiser, you do not need to do anything yet. HSU is compiling these infringements and providing them to management to review. For members who would like access to staff parking, talk to your manager and they will escalate your application to be fast-tracked.
