As you are aware, voting on your Enterprise Agreement opens soon.

Q Scan are offering 4% for 2022, and 3% per annum for 2023-2025. In a cost-of-living crisis with inflation sitting at 7%, this is a real pay cut.

Not only this, but Q Scan have also removed many of the clauses that lay out your entitlements around Parental Leave, including transfer to a safe job during pregnancy, prenatal and pre-adoption leave.

If you agree that this offer is unacceptable, VOTE NO to the prospective agreement.

The HSU will hold lunchtime information sessions for all employees covered by the agreement to answer any questions on Friday 23 June.
