NCRG Management Restructure

North Coast Radiology Group has announced its intention to restructure operational management.

They have indicated that having two clinical, and two clerical managers is inefficient, and propose to replace the roles with:

  • 1 x Operations Manager (overseeing technical staff, bookings, clinic management)
  • 1 x Service Delivery Manager (overseeing both administrative teams, combining Administration Manager and Cluster Clerical Coordinator)

This change would also mean removal of the Clerical Trainer role, removing the management component of the Cluster Manager roles, converting Cluster Clerical Coordinator 2ICs to Customer Service Team Leaders, and adding a Contact Centre Team Leader role.

Qscan has advised there will be no redundancies, but staff may be redeployed or transferred to lower paid duties.

The changes are due to commence the week beginning 9 September, but the company has only allowed 3 days for consultation!

If you are affected, please contact your local HSU delegate or Organiser Tracey Gaddelin on 0447 245 492 for assistance.

If you are not directly affected but have feedback on what this change will mean to you, please reach out to your HSU Organiser via the above details.
