The HSU has received an update from Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District about the relocation of the Nepean Hospital Fleet Carpark.

The District relocated the Nepean Hospital Fleet Car Park to the P2 Car Park while the new CAHMs and TAMs buildings were being constructed to facilitate access to Fleet Management staff who were relocated to the Nepean Hospital C Block.

As this is no longer necessary, NBMLHD has advised it will relocate the Fleet Car Park from P2 to P3 from 5 August 2024. Management says this will provide a number of benefits, including increasing publicly accessible car parking spaces in P2.

Staff continue to have access to spaces in the P1 and P5 multi-storey car parks and the  District will ensure that car parking spaces remain available in P3 for afternoon and night shift staff.
