COME TO AN IMPORTANT UNION MEETING, WEDNESDAY 14 AUGUST, 2.30PM – STAFF CENTRE, MANNING BASE HOSPITAL

HSU members are getting organised in response to HealthShare’s announcement it intends to close retail outlets at four hospitals, including Manning Base.

Your petition telling HealthShare “hands off our café” has already gathered more than 2,300 signatures from workers, visitors and community members, but HSU members’ demands for HealthShare executives to come to the site in question and hear directly from workers has so far been ignored.

That’s why, your sub-branch executive has called an extraordinary meeting TOMORROW (Wednesday, 14 August at 2.30pm in the Manning staff centre) to discuss next steps.
