This is a great win for the HSU members who have consistently stood up for adequate staffing in the new Maitland Hospital. Well done to everyone for standing strong. It shows the power of collective action, and what happens when HSU members hold management to account to achieve fairer and safer workplaces. However, there are still issues around short staffing throughout the Hospital. If you are affected, contact your HSU Organiser.

Member feedback requested
