The HSU is holding a meeting to discuss concerns relating to the structure of allied health at Macquarie Hospital. The HSU has obtained information that implies changes to the reporting and employment structure for allied health professionals. These changes would potentially bring individual allied health professionals under nursing management dedicated to a ward. Changes such as these are broadly opposed by the HSU.
