Your HSU bargaining representatives are about to begin renegotiating the Lifehouse Medical Radiation Scientists Agreement. For the time being, they have elected to adopt an interest-based approach to negotiations.

This new approach means that HSU members will bargain based what interests we have in common with the employer. Note, however, that interest-based bargaining does not preclude reverting to adversarial bargaining in future.
