Laverty persists with subpar offer. What will we do to win more?

Laverty’s updated offer contains no real improvement to their proposed annual increases of 3.25% for the first year, 2.5% for the second and 2.5% for the third and still no back pay. The only change, that was already won by our successful no vote in December was a potential bonus of $500 to permanent employees and $100 to casuals.
