Following many months of bargaining, IVF Australia are taking a proposed new Support Services Enterprise Agreement (EA) out to a vote.

This is your EA and we encourage everyone to have a say in this important vote.

The timeline for the EA voting

• IVF Australia will be distributing the final EA 11/02/2021.
• The formal access period for the proposed EBA will run from 15 February 2021 – 21 February 2021 (inclusive). This is an opportunity to review the details of the offer. 
• The voting period on the proposed EBA will run from 22 February 2021 to 26 February 2021 (inclusive).

Your enterprise agreement protects your wages and conditions at work, so we encourage everyone to read the proposal carefully and have a say when the ballot opens.

If a majority vote ‘yes’ to accept the offer, the agreement will be sent to the Fair Work Commission for approval. If a majority vote ‘no’ the HSU will represent members in further negotiations with management.
