Following members’ calls the Health Services Union wrote to your employer to commence bargaining for an enterprise agreement for Medical Physicists. ICON has ignored this request. 

In response members are getting organised, signing a petition to present to the Fair Work Commission, triggering a process to force ICON to commence bargaining. This has now been lodged and ICON have been made aware.
