At our most recent meeting, delegates presented a compelling case for improved rostering. Members across the state know too well the impact poor rostering practices can have on work/life balance and safety.

These will be collated and presented to the Ministry of Health to demonstrate the very real need for better rostering.

As negotiations continue, we expect the Ministry of Health to provide a response over the coming weeks to all claims, including rosters. Members will be kept up to date.
