A majority of HSU members at Healthe Care have indicated management’s latest wage offer of 3 per cent per year over a three-year agreement is NOT good enough.

Members at Healthe Care want an offer that reflects and values their hard work – and Healthe Care’s offer doesn’t do this!

If we are going to force Healthe Care to provide a wage offer which values and respects its workers, it is going to take everyone being active in their workplace and exercising our collective power.

Come to one of three meetings on Monday, 15 June – everyone should attend at least one of the meetings.
