Congratulations on your amazing efforts standing together in solidarity wearing your wristbands to get Healthe Care to listen to you about why you deserve a pay offer that respects the challenging work you do!

However, Healthe Care have still have not put a better offer on the table.

So, what’s next? That’s up to you! You are the union; you have the power!
