Your HSU Bargaining Team, made up of your fellow Residential and Home Care workers at HammondCare, have been negotiating strongly for your new agreement!

Through member consultation, the key claims we are fighting for are:

• A fair wage offer
• Special sick leave
• Medication allowance
• Improved travel expenses
• Administration allowance
• Short staffing allowance
   

Your Bargaining Team have told HammondCare that we need to see movement on these claims if we are to accept any new agreement.

Management have organised a meeting on 19 July to respond to these claims. They have also said they will provide their wage offer and classification structure.
