HealthShare management has announced a review of the existing seven-day rostering practices, following concerns raised by Gosford Food Services workers with SafeWork around staff fatigue and burnout.

It’s vital HSU members are consulted as part of any changes.

HSU members at Gosford Hospital’s Food Services should come to an important meeting on Tuesday, 22 October at 4.30pm via Zoom to have their say and vote on next steps regarding the proposed changes.
