Your HSU Representatives have now attended two bargaining meetings with Genesis Care at which both parties presented their Logs of Claim (LOC) for the negotiation process.

After gathering view from HSU members, your bargaining representatives have put forward the following key matters in your Log of Claims to be addressed:

4% pay increment per annum; Allowances; Leave provisions; Staffing levels; Secure and permanent employment; Penalty rates; Classification structure; Disputes resolution procedure; Delegates’ rights; Open and consultative communications; and Equal opportunity.
