NSW Ambulance has once again failed to include the ADHSU in consultation when it comes dealing with industrial issues that apply specifically to managers. Just before Christmas, the Service announced to all staff that consultation has begun regarding the Review into the Frontline Leadership of NSW Ambulance and that consultation was set to close on 29 January 2023.

However, NSW Ambulance has not formally notified the ADHSU about the proposed change, nor has it organised to meet with ADHSU delegates. ADHSU delegates have demanded a meeting be organised within the next 7 days to commence genuine consultation with the union. Not a single proposed change can be implemented before this occurs.

Should NSW Ambulance fail to meet this deadline, a meeting will be convened with all affected members to vote on an industrial response to the breach of the Award.
