Your HSU bargaining representatives met with Evergreen this week as part of the bargaining for your new enterprise agreement.

Wages Offer

Evergreen has tabled a revised wages offer. The following is now on the table:

• 1/7/2025- 3.5 per cent or the Fair Work minimum Award increases, whichever is greater
• 1/7/2026- 3 per cent or the Fair Work minimum Award increases, whichever is greater
• 1/7/2027- 3 per cent or the Fair Work minimum Award increases, whichever is greater

Log of Claims

Your log of claims was presented to Evergreen; however, your employer has not outright agreed to any of your claims.
