As you may be aware, there are currently 2 collective regrade claims being pursued by members across WSLHD Oral Health. Members are also aware that the workplace culture across Oral Health has left a lot to be desired.

Members have been organising a district-wide delegates committee to provide a structure to tackle these longstanding issues in consultation with management. Together, we can fix these issues in Oral Health and hold management accountable.
