CHS Mandatory Vaccinations for Consultation

Thank you for taking the time to review the attached documents. They have been developed in consultation with the CMTEDD Workforce Group, safety and workforce policy teams.  We have released the transition plan and mandatory vaccination documents together as there are clear linkages for consultation requirements.

 

The documents are as follows:

•        One page transition plan

•        Transition Plan with workforce matrix (following ACTPS guidelines)

•        Risk assessment for return to work and covid safe workplace (based on CHECC risk matrix)

•        Mandatory vaccination procedure (update on current process to transition from PHD to policy environment and reduce scope of impacted workforce)
