Children’s Healthcare Network: Proposed changes

The HSU has received correspondence from HNELHD and SCHN to advise of proposed changes to the Children’s Healthcare Network (CHN). The proposal involves transitioning to a new network, the Children Young People and Families Health Network (CYPFHN).

Under the new arrangements, there would be one statewide team focusing on identified statewide priorities with a new governance structure and ways of working. The intention is for CYPFHN to be a network for the state jointly hosted by Sydney Children's Hospitals Network (SCHN) and Hunter New England Local Health District (HNELHD).
