The HSU has received an update regarding alternative clock-in arrangements for CPA members who cannot or choose not to use the new Rosterpace app.

Unfortunately, it is still unclear at this stage if staff can clock-in using the desktop version of Rosterspace if they cannot or choose not to download the Rosterspace app. However, CPA has provided work phones for staff to clock-in instead of using their personal phone. It is our understanding that these phones remain at the group home or CPA workplace.

Members who don’t want to use the phone app on their personal phone or would prefer to use a work phone please get in contact with HSU organiser Emmett Gray on 0499 919 355 or at [E-Mail not displayed]. If you still have issues with the Rosterspace app or clocking in, contact Emmett for further assistance.
