Some HSU members working as Level 2 Care Service Employees (direct care) at Carrington have raised concerns about their rate of pay. For Level 2 CSEs there are 2 Pay Points; it appears some members have not moved to the second Pay Point in accordance with Clause 3.2(c) of the Carrington Enterprise Agreement 2020.

Were you employed as a Level 2 Care Service Employee (direct care) prior to 20 December 2020? If so, then you should have moved up a Pay Point at the end of June 2021 (from Pay Point 1 to Pay Point 2). This would mean your current pay rate should be $32.06 (as at 6.1.25). This rate will change again with the increase from the first full pay period after 1 January 2025.
