Your HSU bargaining committee met with Carrington management this week to commence negotiations for a new enterprise agreement.

What are we fighting for? Through workplace conversations, online surveying, and committee meetings, HSU members have formulated our log of claims, some highlights are:

• 5 per cent wage increases per annum
• Medication recognition and allowance
• Mentoring recognition and allowance
• Improved leave
• Support services wage justice
