The HSU has written to your employer representative seeking additional information as to when the employer intends on issuing the NERR (Notice of Employee Representational Rights) to start negotiations for a new enterprise agreement.

Your employer representative has previously indicated they will be issuing the NERR in July 2021 with negotiations commencing in August 2021.

Your HSU Organiser will be scheduling a series of meetings via Zoom to discuss the upcoming enterprise agreement negotiations.
