HSU members have raised concerns about changes to the morning shifts floater position. Specifically, members are concerned about workload and the possibility of not being able to take their breaks.

To address these issues, your local organiser Karen Wiles has contacted management to establish a consultative committee. This committee would work collaboratively and cooperatively to discuss the issues and be made up of local HSU members and management.

The first committee meeting is due to occur this Friday and participation in the meetings is considered work time. The committee may also be able to discuss other issues members would like to raise.
