HealthShare NSW is proposing to implement the CHEF Pilot Program in Food Services in Armidale, Tamworth, and John Hunter Hospitals across 2024.

According to HealthShare, the pilot program ‘aims to reduce food waste and our broader environmental footprint whilst also improving the mealtime experience for patients’.
